Boredom. The main problem that faced Victoria, despite the fact that she could do almost anything she wanted to now. The problem was, she could no longer go to La Push; something she'd very nearly found out the hard way. She hadn't been told about the treaty that had been formed many years ago, though she was now aware of it; thanks mostly to her fright.
Victoria had been seconds away from stepping over the invisible boundary line when a huge wolf came flying out of nowhere and landing near enough in front of her. The thing was, it was clearly unable to approach her. She had been scared to begin with, though she now knew about the werewolves in the area.
So instead of heading out to La Push, she went to Port Angeles. Sure, it was a nice place, but could it get any more boring? Stepping out of her car, she locked it and began to walk along the high street, her hands in her pockets. She stared down at the ground, before walking straight into someone. And how did I manage that? She thought. After 146 years, how did I not hear that!
